We use secure remote tools with your permission, and you can watch everything we do. If an issue needs hands on work, we switch to a home visit and keep costs clear.
No fix, no fee. If the problem turns out to be a hardware failure or an ISP fault, we explain the findings and next steps clearly. For hardware repairs or data recovery we can quote a fixed price, or refer you to a trusted specialist if that is better value. You are never charged for work that does not help.
Yes. We work on site where possible and do not copy your files off the device unless you ask for cloud sync or backup. Before risky steps we create a quick backup or restore point. Passwords and personal data are kept private. On request we can sign a simple confidentiality note and securely wipe any old devices.
Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer and cash. Payment is due on completion for home visits and at the end of the session for remote work. We provide a receipt. If you need an invoice for records, just ask. There are no card surcharges. For fixed quotes, payment terms are agreed before work begins.
