How It Works

This visit flow keeps things smooth and predictable so you are not waiting around and we are not rushing between jobs.

1) Tell us what you need

  • Book online: pick a slot that suits you at /book.
  • Message us: a quick description and a photo or screenshot helps.
  • Phone: prefer to talk it through first. Call 07543 450130.

2) Quick triage

We confirm the problem, check your postcode, and decide the fastest fix. If it looks simple, we may offer a short remote session first to save a visit.

3) Choose a slot type

Tip: Eco-slots are easiest to schedule and are usually the earliest available because we group nearby visits to cut travel.

4) Before we arrive

  • Have Wi-Fi name and password ready and, if possible, your router admin login.
  • Locate power leads and chargers for any devices we are fixing.
  • Make a little clear space near the router or the device.
  • Let us know about parking and any access details.
  • Pets are welcome. Please secure them if they get excited by visitors.

5) On the day

  • We send a text when we leave the previous job and a quick heads up about our ETA.
  • Typical visit time: 45 to 90 minutes. If it needs longer or parts, we agree the plan before continuing.
  • We work neatly, explain in plain English, and show results with before and after checks where useful.

6) If parts are needed

We order parts and book a follow up using the next route day for your area. You will never pay twice for the same diagnosis.

7) Payment

Pay on completion by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, or cash. A receipt is emailed right away.

8) Aftercare

You get simple written notes of what we fixed and any next steps. If something is not right, contact us and we will put it right promptly.

Typical timings

  • Wi-Fi or broadband issues: 60 to 120 minutes depending on property size.
  • Printer setup or fix: 30 to 60 minutes.
  • Laptop or PC speed up: 60 to 90 minutes.
  • Virus or scam clean up: 90 to 180 minutes. Sometimes part remote, part on site.
  • New device setup and transfer: 60 to 120 minutes.

Service area and routing

We cover Havant, Waterlooville, Emsworth, Hayling Island, Cosham, Drayton, Bedhampton, Leigh Park, Rowlands Castle, Denmead, Horndean, Cowplain, and Clanfield. There are no call out or travel fees anywhere in this service area. Outside the area we provide a fixed quote that includes travel.
