Simple, transparent payments for home visits and remote support. You see the price, pay in a way that suits you, and get an emailed receipt on the spot.
How we charge
- Remote help: £25 per 30 minutes, paid upfront by secure payment link. If it runs long, we invoice the extra time.
- Home visit: pay the first hour (£70) at booking by secure payment link. Any extra time is billed after the visit at £30 per additional 30 minutes.
- Fixed quotes and bigger jobs: 50% deposit on approval. Special order parts are paid upfront. Balance on completion.
Accepted payment methods
We accept the following for bookings, balances, and on-site work.
No card surcharges. We do not accept American Express.

Bank transfer (Faster Payments) | Same day | Use the invoice number as the reference. Bank details appear on your invoice. Most transfers clear in minutes. |
Cash | At visit end | Exact change appreciated. A digital receipt is still issued. |
Payment link | At booking or within 24 hours | We can text or email a secure link for card payment. Links are used for Remote help and the Home visit first hour. |
Cancellations and rescheduling
- Free to cancel or reschedule until 6 pm the day before your appointment.
- After that or no show, prepaid amounts are non refundable. Any prepayment is always credited to your final bill.
Refunds and adjustments
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
- Deposits and prepayments follow our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
- If we have supplied special order parts, refunds are only available if the part is faulty or the supplier accepts a return.
Security and privacy
- Card payments are processed by a PCI DSS compliant provider. We never store your full card number.
- All payment data is encrypted in transit. Your invoice and receipt are sent by email for your records.
